Cancellation Policy

At Pinzip, we are committed to delivering a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. Our marketplace connects independent sellers who source products from various platforms and list them for resale. To protect both customers and sellers, we follow a clear and fair Cancellation process.

Order Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
  1. Customers may cancel their order anytime before the order is prepared for shipment.
  2. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under the Return Policy.
Seller-Initiated Cancellation
  1. A seller may cancel an order in rare cases (e.g., listing errors, product unavailability).

If this happens, the customer will receive a full refund without any deductions.
