Cancel Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

Customers can request to cancel their order before it is processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to our return policy.

Seller-Initiated Cancellation:

In rare cases, a seller may cancel an order due to unavailability or listing errors. If this happens, the full amount will be refunded to the customer promptly.

Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Seller Review:

Each return request is forwarded to the respective seller. The seller has the right to accept or reject the return request based on the condition of the product and return reason provided.

Accepted Returns:

If the seller approves the return, the customer will receive instructions for returning the item. Once the item is received and verified, a refund will be processed within 30 business days.

Rejected Returns:

If the return is rejected, the customer will be notified with a reason. No refund will be issued in this case.
